Wellness Consultation

Service Description

During a 30-minute Consultation with our provider, we engage in a conversation to find out more about your health history and goals and to introduce you to our health model. During the visit we will determine if our approach is aligned with your goals. The fee amount will be applied to your Wellness Initial Visit fee if booked during the consultation.
